Dhanleela Investments & Trading Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 December 2015, has transacted the following:

1. To consider and accept resignation Avinash Khire from the responsibilities of Independent Director.

2. Manoj Shashikant Dave was appointed as Additional Independent Director of the Company.
