Board of Dhanuka Agritech to decide on final terms for buyback of shares

Dhanuka Agritech announced that a Meeting of Buyback Committee of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 03 January 2017, inter-alia, to approve the final terms and conditions of Buyback of equity shares of the Company, subject to Shareholders' approval.
