Board of EMCO approves scheme of arrangement with EMCO Infrastructure

At meeting held on 25 June 2015

EMCO announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 June 2015 approved the scheme of arrangement between the Company and EMCO Infrastructure, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and their respectively creditors and shareholders.
