Board of Excel Realty N Infra approves bonus issue

At meeting held on 30 November 2017

Excel Realty N Infra announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 30 November 2017, inter alia, have considered, approved and decided to issue Bonus shares of face value of Rs. 10/- in the ratio 2:1 i.e. 2 bonus equity shares of Rs. 10/- for every 1 existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- held by the members.
