Board of GAIL (India) approves raising up to Rs 1500 cr thorough bond issue

The Board of GAIL (India) at its meeting held on 16 January 2020 has approved to borrow INR Debt Funds upto Rs. 1500 crore including Green shoe option through secured / unsecured, redeemable, taxable Non-Convertible Bond(s) in one or more tranches from time to time on private placement basis.
