Gujarat Containers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 August 2015, inter alia, has resolved the following :1. Acceptance of Resignation of Nitin Thakker as an Independent Director.
2. Appointment of Divyakant Zaveri, as an Independent Director in casual vacancy by resignation of Nitin Thakker.
3. Acceptance of Resignation of Abji Patel as an Executive Director.
4. Appointment of Neha Vora in places of Malini Shah, the earlier Women Director, in the capacity of an additional Director.
