Outcome of board meeting of Poona Dal and Oil Industries

Poona Dal and Oil Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Approval for shifting of manufacturing facility of Agro division from Gat No. 366, Tal. Shirur, Dist. Pune - 412208 to Oil Division at Kurkumbh MIDC, Kurkumbh, Tal. Daund, Dist. Pune - 413801, subject to obtaining requisite approvals. This will result in synergy of operations and diversification of activities.

2. Disposal of the property located at Nanekarwadi, Chakan, Tal. Khed, Dist. Pune - 410501.
