Poona Dal and Oil Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Approval for shifting of manufacturing facility of Agro division from Gat No. 366, Tal. Shirur, Dist. Pune - 412208 to Oil Division at Kurkumbh MIDC, Kurkumbh, Tal. Daund, Dist. Pune - 413801, subject to obtaining requisite approvals. This will result in synergy of operations and diversification of activities.
2. Disposal of the property located at Nanekarwadi, Chakan, Tal. Khed, Dist. Pune - 410501.
