Board of H. S. India approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 30 May 2015

H. S. India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on 30 May 2015 has appointed Nilkanth Barot as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 30 May 2015 and accepted resignations of Bapi Datta from directorship of the Company w.e.f. 30 May 2015.
