At meeting held on 20 June 2016
Haricharan Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 June 2016, considered and approved:1. The appointment of Rupal Poddar, as Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect.
2. Rupal Poddar, shall act as compliance officer as required under Regulation 6 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
