Board of Haricharan Projects appoints company secretary

At meeting held on 20 June 2016

Haricharan Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 June 2016, considered and approved:

1. The appointment of Rupal Poddar, as Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect.

2. Rupal Poddar, shall act as compliance officer as required under Regulation 6 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
