Board of Harrisons Malayalam recommends dividend

Harrisons Malayalam announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended a Dividend of 10% (Re 1 per share) for the year ended 31 March 2014.
