Board of Hindoostan Mills appoints director

At meeting held on 06 November 2014

Hindoostan Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 November 2014, has appointed Vishwadhara Dahanukar as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 06 November 2014. The Board has considered her as an Independent Director in terms of the provisions of Section 149 of the Companies Act 2013 and she will hold office as an Additional Director till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
