Board of Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) recommends dividend

Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended, subject to the approval of the shareholders at their ensuing annual general meeting, a dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each.
