Board of ICDS appoints director

At meeting held on 19 May 2015

ICDS announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2015, has appointed Vimal C Kamath as a woman director on the Board in accordance with the provisions of Section 149(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49(II) (A) (1) of the Listing Agreement.
