Board of Impex Ferro Tech allots equity shares on preferential basis

At meeting held on 26 December 2015

Impex Ferro Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 December 2015 has allotted 63,35,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 20 per share on preferential basis to a Promotor Group Entity, Astabhuja Properties.
