Board of Kappac Pharma considers change in directorate

At meeting held on 02 January 2015

Kappac Pharma announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 January 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:

- To appoint Zahurahmed Fakir as addition Director w.e.f. 02 January 2015 and to accept resignation of Viral Kapadia w.e.f. 02 January 2015 from the board of Director of the Company.
