Board of Kennametal India approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 23 August 2018

The Board of Kennametal India at its meeting held on 23 August 2018 has accepted resignation of David Lee (DIN: 07175442) as Director of the Company with effect from 23 August 2018 due to his preoccupation. The Board has Co-opted Devi Parameswar Reddy (DIN: 03450016) in the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of David Lee. Reddy is not related to any other Director of the Company.
