Kerala Ayurveda announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015 appointed M. S. Seetharaman as an additional director pursuant to Article 40 of the Articles of Association of the Company and section 149,161 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder.
