The Board of Kernex Microsystems (India) at its meeting held on 08 February 2020 has appointed A V S Krishna Mohan (DIN 07967460) as an additional director (Independent Category) of the company. The Board took note of resignation of T V S N Raju as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company and Ashok Gopal Rao Kalmankar as Non-Executive Independent Director of the company.
