At meeting held on 19 January 2018

The Board of Kirloskar Oil Engines at its meeting held on 19 January 2018 has approved the commencement of financial service business through its wholly owned subsidiary. Further the Board has also given its consent for incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary for the same.
