Board of Mavi Industries approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 05 November 2014

Mavi Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 November 2014, inter alia, has considered & approved appointment of Lunkaran Kyal, Vandana Kayal and Sushil Agarwal as an additional director of Company w.e.f. 14 October 2014.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has recorded resignation of Krishnakumar Agarwal and Amita Agarwal from the directorship of Company w.e.f. 14 October 2014.
