Board of MSP Steel & Power appoints CFO

At meeting held on 18 February 2015

MSP Steel & Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 February 2015 has appointed Kamal Kumar Jain as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 18 February 2015. Kamal Kumar Jain was holding the position of Vice President, Finance & Accounts in the Company.
