At meeting held on 15 December 2017

The Board of National Peroxide has decided to terminate S. R. Lohokare's appointment as the Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board of has also appointed Suresh Khurana as the CEO and Director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board has also appointed S. Raja as Vice President - Commercial and Finance of the Company with immediate effect.
