Appointment of Vidya Shetty as a Non- Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) w.e.f. 03 January 2020 on the Board of Directors of the Company.

Appointment of Shahnawaz Shaikh as an Executive Director (Additional director) w.e.f. 03 January 2020 on the Board of Directors of the Company.
