Board of Oracle Financial Services Software approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 23 July 2015

Oracle Financial Services Software announced that the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 July 2015, inter alia, has:

1. Noted the resignation of William Corey West, Non Executive Non Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours of July 22, 2015;

2. Appointed Maria Smith as an Additional Director of the Company, in the capacity of Non Executive Non Independent Director; and

3. Appointed Sridhar Srinivasan as an Additional Director of the Company, in the capacity of Non Executive Independent Director.
