At meeting held on 23 July 2015
Oracle Financial Services Software announced that the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 July 2015, inter alia, has:1. Noted the resignation of William Corey West, Non Executive Non Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours of July 22, 2015;
2. Appointed Maria Smith as an Additional Director of the Company, in the capacity of Non Executive Non Independent Director; and
3. Appointed Sridhar Srinivasan as an Additional Director of the Company, in the capacity of Non Executive Independent Director.
