Palco Metals announced that the following changes / appointment have taken place in the Key Managerial Person of the Company in the Board Meeting held on 17 June 2015:1. Gaurav Jani, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer has resigned from the Company and his resignation was accepted w.e.f 09 June 2015 in the Board Meeting held on 17 June 2015.
2. Nisha Agrawal has been appointed in his place as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f 09 June 2015 in the Board Meeting held on 17 June 2015.
3. Badal Naredi has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f 09 June 2015 in the Board Meeting held on 17 June 2015.
