The Board of Phoenix Township at its meeting held on 12 February 2018 approved the following -Kiran Narayan Talchekar (DIN: 07979494) appointed as an Additional Independent Director of the Company.
Resignation of Mr. Dattatraya Mahadeo Sukthankar (DIN: 00034416) from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 18 January, 2018.
