Board of Piramal Enterprises does not recommend final dividend

At meeting held on 16 May 2016

Piramal Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2016, inter alia, has not recommended any Final Dividend on the equity shares and the Interim Dividend declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 09 March 2016 is recommended as Final Dividend.
