The Board of Polymac Thermoformers at its meeting held on 21 December 2018 has approved the following changes -Appointment of Sweta Rathi as Additional Non-Executive Director to the Board.
Resignation of Puja Sharma from the post of Director of the Company with effect from 21 December 2018.
