Board of R Systems International recommends special dividend

R Systems International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 August 2015, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 3.3 per equity Share (i.e. 330%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
