On conversion of warrants
Rexnord Electronics & Controls announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 June 2015, has allotted 23,80,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 3.40/- each to promoters and non-promoters on conversion of 23,80,500 Warrants issued on preferential basis, pursuant to approval of shareholders of the Company accorded on 30 August 2014 in the Annual General Meeting.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
