Hindustan Unilever allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Hindustan Unilever announced that the Committee of the Board in its meeting held on 11 June 2015 has allotted 4,400 equity shares of Re 1 each under ESOP. Consequently, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 216,38,12,580 shares and the issued capital has increased to 221,69,31,556 shares.
