Board of Rishi Laser appoints director

At meeting held on 27 July 2015

Rishi Laser announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 July 2015, has considered and voted unanimously to appoint, Sheela Mohan Ayyar as an Additional Director to comply with the requirement of proviso (2) to section 149 (1) of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 3 of Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules 2014.
