Board of Sagar Cements does not recommend dividend

At meeting held on 26 May 2016

Sagar Cements announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2016, inter alia, has not recommend any further dividend on the equity shares and the interim dividend already declared by them at Rs. 5/- per share at their meeting held on 11 March 2016 is the dividend on the equity shares of the company for the financial year ended 31 March 2016.
