Board of Sam Leaseco appoints director

Sam Leaseco announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 October 2015, inter alia, had considered and approved the appointment of Daksha Kakadiya as an Additional Director of the Company under Independent Director Category w.e.f. from 26 October 2015.
