Board of Secunderabad Healthcare approves change in directorate

With effect from 07 March 2016

Secunderabad Healthcare announced that SLM Chowdary Palempati, Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from 07 March 2016.

The Board has also accepted the Resignation of SLM Chowdary Palempat, Director of the Company with effect from 07 March 2016.

Further, Vijay Kumar Alphonse Pudota has been appointed as additional Director on the Board with effect from 07 March 2016.
