At meeting held on 31 October 2015

Shaily Engineering Plastics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

1. Accepted the resignation of Apeksha Patel as a Company Secretary (Designated as Asstt. Company Secretary) w.e.f. 07 November 2015 after working hours.

2. Appointed Preeti Sheth as a Company Secretary (Designated as Asstt. Company Secretary) w.e.f. 09 November 2015.
