Board of Spel Semiconductor approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 19 June 2014

Spel Semiconductor announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 June 2014, approved the following:

Resignation of Dr A Besant C Raj, Director, with effect from 19 June 2014

Co-option of D Balakrishnan as Additional Director

Appointment of Ar Rm Arun as Advisor of the Company with effect from 01 July 2014.

Board also noted the following :

Retirement of N Sivashanmugam, Whole Time Director, with effect from 31 July 2014

Appointment of D Balakrishnan as Chief Executive Officer and Director.
