Board of Spentex Industries accepts resignation of nominee director

Spentex Industries announced that the Board of Director at its meeting held on 08 December 2017 has accepted the resignation tendered by Samir Kumar Nath as Nominee Director of State Bank of India due to expiry of his tenure as State Bank of India's Nominee on the Board.
