Board of Steelco Gujarat appoints director

At meeting held on 16 May 2015

Steelco Gujarat announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 16 May 2015 has inducted Ameeta Trehan, as Independent Woman Director w.e.f. 16 May 2015 in compliance to section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder and under clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
