MIC Electronics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2015, has concluded and approved the following:1. Appointment of Malleswara Durga Prasad as CFO & Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 01 March 2015.
2. Divestment of 100% stake in Maave Electronics concluded as on 01 January 2015.
3. Considered Appointment of Venkata Ramani V as Additional, Independent Director of the Company which was approved earlier through Circular Resolution.
