Outcome of board meeting of MIC Electronics

MIC Electronics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2015, has concluded and approved the following:

1. Appointment of Malleswara Durga Prasad as CFO & Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 01 March 2015.

2. Divestment of 100% stake in Maave Electronics concluded as on 01 January 2015.

3. Considered Appointment of Venkata Ramani V as Additional, Independent Director of the Company which was approved earlier through Circular Resolution.
