At meeting held on 10 November 2015

Swojas Energy Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 November 2015, have transacted the following business:

1. Kothari Ravi Dinesh, an Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board with effect from 10 November 2015.

2. Amar Rajmal Kakaria, an Non-Executive Director of the Company has resigned from the Board with effect from 10 November 2015.
