Board of Syndicate Bank to consider capital plan for FY 2019

Syndicate Bank announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on 06 June, 2018, interalia, to discuss and approve the Capital Plan of the Bank for the Financial Year 2018-19 in one or more tranches and to approve raising of Equity Capital through Qualified Institutional Placement/Rights Issue/Public Issue/ESOP/Issue of Shares to Employees under employee benefit scheme or preferential allotment or any other mode permitted by Reserve Bank of India/Government of India.
