Board of Tata Consultancy Services to consider Q3 results and 3rd interim dividend

Tata Consultancy Services announced that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 12 January 2017, inter alia, to:

1. approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company under Ind AS for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2016 (Q3).

2. approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2016 (Q3).

3. consider declaration of Third Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders of the Company.
