At meeting held on 13 July 2018
The Board of TCI Express at its meeting held on 13 July 2018 has allotted 21,900 Equity Shares under ESOS-2016. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has been increased from 3, 82,88,725 to 3,83,10,625 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
