Board of Technofab Engineering does not recommend dividend

At meeting held on 27 May 2016

Technofab Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2016 has decided not to recommend any dividend to the Shareholders of the Company so as to plough back the profits for the business development activities of the Company.
