Board of Tecil Chemicals & Hydro Power approves change in CFO

At meeting held on 26 May 2014

Tecil Chemicals & Hydro Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2014, inter alia, took the following decision:

- Appointment of S R lyer as the CFO of the Company w.e.f. 26 May 2014 in place of Ashok Joshi who resigns w.e.f. 26 May 2014.
