At meeting held on 19 September 2014

Terruzzi Fercalx India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 September 2014, inter alia, have approved the following business:

1. Resignation of Massimiliano Altabella as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 01 September 2014.

2. Resignation of Roberto De Filippis Delfico as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 16 September 2014.
