Board of Titan Company appoints director

At meeting held on 06 May 2016

Titan Company announced that at the Board Meeting of the Company held on 06 May 2016, Ashwani Puri has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company.

He will hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, wherein his appointment as Director will be placed before the shareholders for approval.
