Board of Trilogic Digital Media recommends final dividend

Trilogic Digital Media announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Re 1 per share of Rs 10 each (10%) for the financial year 2013-2014 subject to approval of members in the Annual General Meeting.
