Board of Turbotech Engineering approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 24 November 2014

Turbotech Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 November 2014, inter alia, has considered the following:

- To Appoint Vineet Deorari and Manish Uniyal as additional Director and to accept resignation of Rakesh Vekariya from the board of Director of the Company.
